What you will do

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to evaluate, design, and implement AI-driven solutions.
• Build and deploy AI-powered solutions and prototypes using modern tools such as Claude, Codex, and Cline.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications and APIs using Java or Python.
• Implement cloud-native architectures on AWS, utilizing services like Lambda and EKS.
• Define best practices for organizational AI adoption and upskill cross-functional teams on AI capabilities.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Java or Python.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and platforms (e.g., Claude, Codex, Cline).
• Experience building and deploying applications in AWS cloud environments.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, APIs, and system design.
• Must be based in Mexico.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLMs, NLP, or AI/ML workflows.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Knowledge of containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
