What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end production ML/AI services and client-facing APIs.
• Build real-time, event-driven architectures utilizing Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, Kubernetes, and Pub/Sub on GCP.
• Integrate transformer-based models and LLMs into scalable inference pipelines, including prompt engineering and output formatting.
• Lead technical architecture design sessions and drive projects from concept to production.
• Champion engineering best practices, including CI/CD, observability, testing, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Collaborate with product owners and data scientists to align priorities and deliver iterative features.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of professional backend or full-stack software engineering experience with a strong Python focus.
• Proven track record of designing and deploying cloud-native applications (GCP strongly preferred).
• Experience building resilient event-driven microservices and RESTful/gRPC APIs.
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless paradigms, as well as SOLID design principles.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Must be based in Mexico or any LATAM country.

Nice to have

• Experience deploying and serving ML models or LLMs in production.
• Familiarity with Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector search, or fine-tuning.
• Exposure to AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or Google ADK.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or Pulumi.
