What you will do

• Design and develop software integrations between agentic AI tools and enterprise systems.
• Manage system migrations and resolve complex integration challenges.
• Develop automated scripts and CI/CD pipelines to support integration and performance.
• Enhance communication protocols between AI agents and legacy or cloud-native systems.
• Identify and resolve performance or behavioral issues in AI agents.
• Collaborate with AI experts to optimize agent performance and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience designing and building agentic and LLM-based systems.
• Proficiency in backend development using Python, Java, C/C++, Node.js, or .NET.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.
• Must be based in Mexico, Colombia, or Chile.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar.
