Senior Solutions Engineer (AI): Designing and implementing production-grade AI agents for enterprise customers with an accent on API integrations and agentic workflows. Focus on building RAG-based systems, developing custom Python connectors, and driving technical adoption at scale.

Location: Hybrid - 3 Days In Office in San Francisco, United States. Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end post-sales implementations from discovery and design to launch and hypercare.
• Architect and develop production AI agents integrating with customer systems via REST/GraphQL and webhooks.
• Configure agent workflows, prompts, and RAG, establishing reliability and safety guardrails.
• Develop custom Python automations and middleware to meet complex integration needs.
• Set up observability (logging, metrics, tracing) and create technical runbooks and playbooks.
• Channel customer insights to the Product team to influence the roadmap and reusable patterns.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Solutions, Professional, or Implementation Engineering (Enterprise preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Python and API integration (OAuth2, OpenAPI, Postman/Insomnia).
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt design, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Familiarity with cloud fundamentals (AWS/GCP/Azure), Git, Docker, and CI/CD.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with SOW/LOE contributions and creating solution diagrams.
• Ability to assist with RFP and security questionnaire responses.
