What you will do

• Design and implement production-grade LLM pipelines powering AI products and agentic trading features across various markets.
• Optimize AI agent capabilities in reasoning, tool selection, and execution for intelligence and reliability under high-frequency constraints.
• Build evaluation frameworks for reasoning model outputs, covering accuracy, decision quality, and adversarial robustness.
• Apply test-time scaling techniques such as chain-of-thought and process reward models to improve reasoning quality.
• Architect AI system components using serving frameworks like vLLM and TensorRT-LLM for high throughput and cost efficiency.
• Integrate on-chain data, wallet intelligence, and market signals into LLM-powered analytical pipelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
• 0–5 years of industry or research experience in applied ML or AI engineering.
• Strong Python programming skills and proficiency with AI-assisted development tools.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, including prompt engineering, post-training, or end-to-end application development.
• Familiarity with multi-agent system design, including task decomposition and memory management.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to operate under ambiguity in fast-moving environments.
