TL;DR
Middle AI / Agent Engineer (AI/LLM): Building production AI agents, RAG pipelines, prompt systems, and integrations for real business workflows with an accent on reproducibility, structured evaluation, and reliable LLM behavior. Focus on designing multi-step agent workflows, connecting models to external data and APIs, comparing model capabilities, and monitoring production failures.
Location: Remote; working hours are 11:00–20:00 GMT+3.

What you will do
- Write, test, validate, and iteratively improve prompts and system instructions for stable, reproducible results.
- Build and configure AI agents with planning, tool use, memory, and multi-step workflows.
- Implement RAG pipelines and connect LLMs to external data sources and APIs.
- Write integration and automation code using Python, Node.js, or another scripting language.
- Evaluate AI output for accuracy, reliability, security, and cost; compare models and recommend suitable options.
- Monitor AI solutions in production, investigate failures, improve performance, and apply relevant developments in the LLM ecosystem.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and systematic prompt engineering.
- Experience building and configuring AI agents, including planning, tool use, and memory.
- Working knowledge of LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or similar services.
- Ability to write code in at least one scripting language for automation and integrations.
- Understanding of basic AI evaluation techniques and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
- English: B2+ required in written and spoken communication.
Nice to have
- Experience with RAG, vector databases, and retrieval or ranking techniques.
- Experience with multi-agent orchestration using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar tools.
- No-code or low-code automation experience.
- Experience with STT/TTS integrations, MCP, agent protocols, or cloud AI deployments with Amazon Bedrock or Azure OpenAI.
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools for AI systems.
