What you will do

• Perform all assigned aircraft maintenance and alterations in accordance with the General Maintenance Manual (GMM).
• Execute troubleshooting, run-up, and taxi procedures, and sign mechanical flight releases.
• Complete and maintain accurate documentation for all maintenance work performed and inspections conducted.
• Manage parts, units, and assemblies carefully during the repair process.
• Ensure work areas are safe, clean, and all tooling is accounted for upon task completion.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Leadership and MOC to ensure the airworthiness of the fleet.

Requirements

• Current, valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant License (A&P).
• Authorization to work in the US.
• Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug test and a TSA fingerprint-based criminal history records check.
• Valid driver's license and a valid passport with no travel restrictions.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexibility to work all shifts for 24/7 operations and willingness to travel 20% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience maintaining Embraer E-Jet and/or Airbus A220 family aircraft.
• Working knowledge of FAA regulations, including FAR part 121 operations.
• Familiarity with Maintenance Information Systems (MIS) such as TRAX.
• Degree in Aerospace, Aviation Maintenance, or Business.
