What you will do

• Develop and implement onboarding programs aligned with company culture and values.
• Coordinate new hire documentation, benefits enrollment, and orientation logistics.
• Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with policies, procedures, and company culture.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires, addressing concerns throughout the onboarding journey.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure new hires have necessary equipment and access.
• Gather feedback and maintain accurate records to continuously improve the onboarding experience.

Requirements

• Proficiency with the Deel platform.
• Previous experience in HR or onboarding in a fast-paced environment (preferred).
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work according to Eastern Standard Time (9am - 5pm EST).
