Onboarding Specialist Trainee (Space Technology)

Sateliot is a Barcelona-based satellite company building a constellation that enables standard commercial devices to communicate directly from space.

What you will do

• Own the onboarding journey from signed offer through the three-month follow-up, including pre-boarding, Day 1, Week 1, Month 1, and Month 3.
• Coordinate equipment and corporate email tickets in Jira, building access, welcome packs, buddy assignments, agendas, and Hiring Manager preparation.
• Run welcoming Day 1 experiences including reception, office tours, C-level introductions, and HR onboarding sessions.
• Conduct structured check-ins as qualitative conversations, document findings, and escalate alerts.
• Manage the Buddy program and collect satisfaction feedback.
• Turn employee feedback into concrete monthly onboarding improvements and prepare branded physical and digital welcome packs.

Requirements

• Student or graduate in Psychology, HR, Labor Relations, or a similar field.
• Genuine empathy, active listening, rigor, and reliable follow-through.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Native Spanish or equivalent and B2+ English required.
• Genuine interest in technology, startups, and how companies are built.
