What you will do

• Run sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to keep teams aligned
• Track dependencies across engineering workstreams and resolve conflicts
• Coordinate releases for web, mobile, API, and backend teams
• Unblock engineers, manage cross-team communication, and surface risks early
• Partner with product managers to create executable engineering plans
• Document decisions, track project health, and inform stakeholders

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical project management experience, ideally at startups
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycle
• Comfortable in technical discussions with agile/scrum experience
• Excellent communicator bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proactive problem-solver with strong organizational skills

Nice to have

• Healthcare or fintech experience in regulated environments
• Familiarity with HIPAA and AI/ML development
• Engineering background or experience with mobile/API projects
• Tools like Jira, Linear, GitHub
