Salary: $156,500 - $210,000 USD (based on US pay zone) or $174,500 - $205,000 CAD (for BC, Canada).

What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives to drive customer opportunities and ensure on-time solution delivery.
• Conduct deep discovery, technical validation, and architect innovative solution designs.
• Present compelling product demonstrations that highlight business value and solve customer challenges.
• Lead hands-on workshops and technical trials for prospective clients.
• Influence the product roadmap by representing the customer's voice and market trends.
• Travel up to 25% for client engagement and company events.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer.
• Technical proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and APIs.
• Must be based in Pacific or Mountain Time Zones.
• Valid right to work authorization for the US or Canada.
• Strong storytelling and consultative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel for in-person onboarding in San Francisco and regular client visits.
