What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive product strategy aligned with business objectives and renewable energy market trends.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for digital platforms focused on performance monitoring, predictive maintenance, and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with engineering, asset accounting, and operations to prioritize features and deliver high-quality software.
• Integrate diverse platforms including Salesforce CRM, billing systems, and proprietary telemetry and data lake systems into a cohesive platform.
• Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performance product management team, establishing best practices for delivery.
• Establish key performance metrics (KPIs) to analyze product performance, track ROI, and inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management with a proven record of launching B2B SaaS.
• Strong understanding of renewable energy systems (Solar, Wind, BESS), technical asset management, and financial drivers.
• Ability to translate technical data streams (IoT/SCADA) into user-friendly software.
• Experience mentoring product teams and influencing stakeholders cross-functionally.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Journalism, Anthropology, or related fields.
