Salary: $58,000 per year

What you will do

• Collaborate with team to support client progress and address challenges during weekly meetings
• Design and deliver engaging workshops aligned with contract objectives and client goals
• Prepare high-quality educational materials like module summaries, videos, and resources
• Facilitate virtual and in-person sessions using techniques for diverse learning styles
• Monitor participation, document attendance, and maintain case notes, reports, and evaluations
• Provide feedback on learning progress, achievements, and improvement areas

Requirements

• 2+ years in workshop facilitation, corporate training, or employment counselling
• Experience as adult educator in e-learning and in-office environments
• Track record leading groups of unemployed individuals and understanding their challenges
• Technologically proficient with presentation and office tools (PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, Teams)
• Ability to use technology to enhance learning and engagement
