hirify.global is a self-funded owner-operator holdco focused on scaling high-traction ecommerce brands in the pet and health & wellness sectors.

What you will do

  • Own full P&L accountability for new customer revenue across Meta, Google, TikTok, AppLovin, and Snapchat.
  • Scale daily Meta spend to $100K+ on a single brand while maintaining target ncROAS.
  • Direct the creative supply chain from briefs and scripts to production, shipping 80-150+ variants per week.
  • Build and optimize the full conversion funnel, including landing pages, listicles, advertorials, and post-purchase upsells.
  • Lead a team of ~20 specialists, including creative strategists, editors, media buyers, and CRO analysts.
  • Develop and maintain contribution margin waterfalls, CAC/LTV models, and payback period analysis.

Requirements

  • Proven experience personally managing $100K+/day Meta spend on a single brand as an employee.
  • Expertise in CRO and funnel architecture (VSLs, quiz funnels, long-form landers).
  • Strong data-driven approach with the ability to make calls based on ncROAS, CAC, and hit rates.
  • Experience in performance management, including hiring, firing, and managing agency relationships.
  • Ability to operate with extreme urgency in a founder-led, high-tempo environment without bureaucracy.
