What you will do

• Plan, execute, and manage the end-to-end procurement process for global categories including Facilities, Marketing, Info Sys, Service Providers, and HR.
• Conduct supply market research to provide category intelligence and industry benchmarks.
• Negotiate with suppliers to achieve optimal commercial terms and financial results.
• Manage complex legal contracts and oversee renewals to ensure compliance with procurement policies.
• Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with global vendors and monitor their performance.
• Identify and lead cost reduction and cost avoidance initiatives to meet financial goals.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of proven experience in Indirect Procurement.
• Fluent Hebrew and English (verbal and written) - Must.
• Proven experience in budget tracking, sourcing, and cost reduction activities.
• Track record of executing complex legal agreements and minimizing contractual risks.
• Experience collaborating with global departments and working under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and BI tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite ERP.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Law, or a related field.
