What you will do

• Supervise daily order processing and shipment activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Develop capacity plans for build-to-stock and build-to-order environments.
• Manage optimal inventory levels and monitor order backlogs to minimize costs.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to resolve issues and ensure seamless order flow.
• Perform volume and demand planning analysis based on internal and external data.
• Identify and execute process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in a lead or supervisory position.
• Must be based in or work from the local office in Wilmington, DE.
• Ability to work the team schedule: M-F, 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM.
• Experience in Registered Agent Services, Compliance, Operations, Banking, Paralegal or Insurance services preferred.
