What you will do

• Source and purchase raw materials, components, and supplies for manufacturing operations.
• Create and manage purchase orders utilizing ERP/MRP systems.
• Obtain quotes, evaluate suppliers, and negotiate pricing and delivery terms.
• Track orders to ensure timely delivery and support production schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels in coordination with production and planning teams.
• Maintain detailed procurement documentation and support cost reduction initiatives.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain.
• Proven experience purchasing within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Proficiency in using ERP or MRP systems.
• Strong organizational, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and standard business software.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CPSM or CPIM.
• Experience in production planning or inventory management within manufacturing.
