What you will do

• Design, build, and evolve robust data pipelines and domain-oriented data products from ingestion to consumption.
• Translate complex data into meaningful insights, KPIs, and dashboards for business and executive teams.
• Implement data quality controls, governance principles, and monitoring to ensure reliable and compliant data.
• Partner with operational teams to deliver ad-hoc analyses and monitor business processes.
• Support the organization's data culture through documentation, training, and guidance.
• Contribute to the data roadmap and propose improvements based on BI best practices.

Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and PySpark.
• Strong understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and schema evolution.
• Experience with reporting and dashboarding tools, preferably Power BI.
• Knowledge of cloud-based data pipelines and reusable data components.
• English proficiency: B2+.
• Ability to bridge communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
