TL;DR

Account Manager (Tech): Deliver exceptional customer support, strategic guidance, and initiative scoping for enterprise clients using hirify.global's video platform with an accent on product adoption, data analysis, and alignment with business goals. Focus on building trusted advisor relationships, conducting usage analysis, defining joint roadmaps, and driving retention through proactive opportunities.

Location: Hybrid flexible work environment with offices in New York, London, Singapore, and Tel Aviv; ability to travel up to 33% as required.

Base Salary: $90,000-$115,000 based on experience

What you will do

  • Provide exceptional product support, troubleshooting, and enablement to assigned enterprise accounts.
  • Analyze customer data usage patterns to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Develop deep understanding of customer goals and align video usage with their business outcomes as a trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with clients to establish joint roadmaps and KPIs for critical goals.
  • Communicate via business reviews, health calls, and onsite visits.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Enterprise Account Management in technology/software
  • Experience with Fortune 100 technology companies and managing 10+ accounts
  • Proven success meeting retention and organic growth quotas
  • Pipeline management, forecasting, and sales process execution
  • Senior-level communication and presence; self-motivated team player
  • Experience selling and supporting AI solutions
