What you will do

• Own end-to-end management of e-commerce projects, including product launches, website updates, and digital campaigns.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts between marketing, development, design, QA, and operations teams.
• Build and manage project workflows, documentation, and task boards using Notion.
• Proactively identify and resolve project risks, delays, and blockers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Provide clear, concise project updates and report progress to leadership.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in an E-commerce environment.
• Hands-on experience managing website launches, product rollouts, or digital campaigns.
• Must be based in the Philippines, South Africa, or Kenya.
• Excellent written and spoken English (non-negotiable).
• Strong proficiency with Notion and experience with ClickUp, Trello, or similar tools.
• Ability to work full-time during 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Time.
