Web Project Manager (eCommerce)

What you will do

• Define and review project scopes, including resource allocation, cost estimates, and risk management.
• Create and execute detailed project work plans and maintain accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with designers, developers, and SEO teams to align project vision and deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Review deliverables and conduct quality assurance testing before client hand-off.
• Analyze trade-offs between usability, performance, and technical requirements.

Requirements

• Experience in responsive design and proficiency with design or editing software.
• Knowledge of project management tools like Basecamp, MS Project, or Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of web design standards, usability, and digital workflows.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
• Reliable remote workstation with high-speed internet and necessary hardware.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, BigCommerce, or Magento.
• Leadership experience managing teams of 3 or more people.
• Experience with wireframing and sitemap creation.
