What you will do

• Lead equity financing rounds from structuring and due diligence to closing, manage cap table and equity incentive plans.
• Own corporate governance including board/shareholder matters, resolutions, and compliance.
• Oversee legal maintenance of global subsidiaries and inter-company frameworks.
• Provide day-to-day legal support to Finance, HR, R&D on commercial, employment, and regulatory matters.
• Partner with General Counsel and executives on strategic transactions, audits, and legal process scaling.

Requirements

• LL.B. or J.D. from accredited law school; licensed to practice in Israel, the US, and/or another common-law jurisdiction.
• 6+ years in corporate, commercial, and employment law, ideally top-tier law firm + in-house tech experience.
• Solid knowledge of corporate law, venture capital structures, and international subsidiary management.
• Proactive problem-solver with organizational skills for multiple complex workstreams.
• High-integrity communicator working with senior management and board members.
