What you will do

• Define and drive global corporate governance and manage the company's global corporate structure.
• Establish and oversee the global IP strategy and ensure the protection of the IP portfolio.
• Lead the drafting, negotiation, and counsel for commercial contracts, M&A agreements, and investment documentation.
• Provide legal support and advice to cross-company functions, including HR, Finance, and Operations.
• Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing global legal team.

Requirements

• Law degree (LL.B or J.D.) with active bar membership in at least one jurisdiction.
• At least 10 years of experience in corporate and commercial law.
• 4+ years of experience at a top-tier commercial law firm (preference for leading U.S.-based firms).
• Proven track record of leading people and complex processes in a dynamic business environment.
• Business fluency in English.
