What you will do

• Build and execute Sportsbook marketing campaigns based on customer segmentation and behavioral objectives.
• Drive customer awareness and engagement through education, promotions, Free Bets, and Free Spins fulfillment.
• Analyze A/B tests, suggest improvements, and report on campaign performance with focus on KPIs like retention and reactivation.
• Collaborate with BI team for better targeting and with creative team for on-brand content.
• Support Spanish customer communications via Email, SMS, Web Messages, and APP push notifications.
• Identify automation opportunities and ensure compliance with Spanish regulations while prioritizing customer experience.

Requirements

• Native Spanish speaker and high level in English
• Data literate with ability to work with raw data, analyze campaigns, and use Excel.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and processes.
• Previous experience in iGaming, especially sports betting and casino.
• Exceptional project and time management, highly organized, able to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills; passion for sports.

Nice to have

• Experience with Optimove, Mobivate, or Braze.
