About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven Promo Manager to develop and manage bonus offers and promotional campaigns across Casino and Sportsbook products. You will work closely with CRM and VIP teams to improve player engagement, retention, and campaign performance while maintaining bonus cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the bonus matrix for VIP, active, and reactivated players
• Create and launch promotional campaigns, tournaments, and seasonal offers
• Write and maintain promotional Terms & Conditions (T&Cs)
• Coordinate bonus offers with CRM and VIP teams
• Monitor bonus costs and campaign ROI
• Analyze campaign performance (CR, Deposit Sum, Retention, Bonus Cost % of GGR)
• Maintain bonus documentation and offer library
• Contribute to the promotional calendar for Casino and Sportsbook

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Promo Manager, Bonus Manager, CRM Manager, or similar role in iGaming
• Strong understanding of bonus mechanics, wagering, RTP, hold, and bonus cost
• Experience with player segmentation and CRM systems
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions
• Experience creating promotional rules and T&Cs
• English level sufficient to work with documentation

• Jira / Confluence

Nice to Have

• Experience with African or CIS markets
• Experience working with VIP players
• Knowledge of BetB2B, Soft2Bet, or similar platforms

Probation Goals

• Implement and document a bonus matrix
• Launch 2+ promotional campaigns with measurable results
• Build a VIP reactivation offer library
• Analyze ROI across bonus types and optimize ineffective offers
• Keep the bonus cost within the planned target
