What you will do

• Foster a culture of trust, psychological safety, and continuous improvement
• Lead from the front by writing code, demonstrating best practices in architecture, code quality, and reliability
• Shape infrastructure direction and drive architectural decisions across AWS and EKS platform
• Own on-call and incident response practices to ensure sustainability
• Build scalable solutions and improve developer experience with a product mindset

Requirements

• Experience leading cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE teams while remaining hands-on
• 5+ years in SRE, infrastructure, or DevOps roles managing high-availability cloud infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes, Linux, and cloud networking
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code
• Product mindset for shaping infrastructure roadmaps

Nice to have

• Experience in Platform Engineering or Engineering Foundations teams
• Work in SOC2 and PCI compliant environments
