Salesforce Administrator: Architect the company’s CRM ecosystem by configuring, optimizing, and securing the Salesforce platform with an accent on Agentic AI, no-code automation, and data management. Focus on building Flow automations, Agentforce AI agents, custom reports/dashboards, and ensuring compliance with global regulations.

Location: Remote (PH), requires full-time availability aligned with US EST business hours (9AM–5PM EST)

What you will do

• Configure Salesforce Setup including user access, profiles, roles, permission sets, OWD, and sharing rules.
• Build and maintain no-code automations with Flow Builder and Agentforce AI agents for customer service and sales workflows.
• Manage data health, deduplication, migration with Data Loader, and create custom reports/Lightning Dashboards.
• Customize UI/UX using Lightning App Builder for page layouts, dynamic forms, and mobile interfaces.
• Provide user support, troubleshooting, training via Trailhead, and perform regular Health Checks for security/compliance.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years hands-on as Salesforce Administrator or similar CRM role
• Strong proficiency in Sales/Service Clouds, Flow Builder, Data Loader, DevOps Center
• Advanced proficiency in Agentforce Agent Builder, Data Cloud, AI Prompt Engineering
• Active Salesforce Certified Administrator (Advanced Admin or AI Associate preferred)
• Experience with CRM data architecture, optimization, sales/marketing/service support
• Advanced English proficiency and ability to work in remote teams with EST hours
