What you will do

• Install, monitor, and troubleshoot core data operation technologies and servers.
• Configure and maintain Windows and Linux OS, networks, firewalls, and databases.
• Develop scripts and AI prompts to automate routine operational functions.
• Collaborate with analytics and software development teams on high-visibility initiatives.
• Manage software configuration issues in coordination with external vendors.
• Handle problem tickets and develop tactical strategies for application administration.

Requirements

• Expertise in Windows and Linux OS, including network and firewall configuration.
• Proficiency in Bash and Batch scripting; Python, Java, or JavaScript is a plus.
• Experience in prompt engineering for LLMs and automating processes using agentic AI.
• Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Knowledge of RESTful/SOAP APIs, JSON, and XML.
• Must be based in Mexico.
