TL;DR

Mid-Level Retirement Account Executive (Fintech): Helping small and mid-sized businesses adopt and expand 401(k) and retirement plans with an accent on consultative sales and complex plan migrations. Focus on driving ARR growth via targeted outbound outreach and educating business owners on tax advantages and compliance.

Location: Must be based in Denver, San Francisco, or New York City (Hybrid: 2-3 days per week in office)

What you will do

  • Manage a mix of consultative inbound retirement opportunities and targeted outbound outreach into high-propensity customer segments.
  • Own the end-to-end sales process for SMB retirement plans, from initial discovery to final plan adoption.
  • Educate customers on 401(k) basics, plan design options, pricing, and tax advantages.
  • Lead the migration process for customers switching from external 401(k) providers to hirify.global's platform.
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline in Salesforce and ensure forecasting accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Compliance teams to refine sales plays and messaging.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of quota-carrying sales experience as an Account Executive or Account Manager.
  • Proven experience with outbound prospecting, including calls and email outreach.
  • Must be based in Denver, San Francisco, or New York City to meet hybrid office requirements.
  • Experience in SaaS, benefits, fintech, or financial services.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and sales engagement tools.

  • Prior exposure to 401(k), retirement, or benefits sales.
