What you will do

  • Manage new patient intake, including receiving referrals, screening, and creating patient charts.
  • Coordinate appointments and MRI reviews for personal injury patients.
  • Handle professional communications between attorney offices and medical departments regarding treatment updates.
  • Process authorizations for ancillary services and manage medical orders and referrals.
  • Provide Spanish translation services for patients and legal staff as needed.
  • Maintain order trackers, upload approvals, and update EHR system alerts.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience working with law firms.
  • 2+ years of experience with EHR systems and scheduling.
  • 5 years of general office experience.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken).
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook).
  • Ability to work remotely with a dedicated computer monitor and Adobe access.
