What you will do
- Manage end-to-end travel bookings including flights, trains, hotels, and car rentals for contractors and executives.
- Research and source cost-effective travel options based on client preferences, budget, and timelines.
- Assist with visa applications (US, UK, Brazil, ESTA) and provide expert advice on travel documents and insurance.
- Collaborate with the finance team to track and reconcile travel expenses and monitor budget alignment.
- Implement new booking tools and update company travel policies based on market research and regulations.
- Handle urgent travel-related issues outside of regular working hours when necessary.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in corporate travel management or a travel agent role.
- Proficiency in G-Suite, Microsoft Office (Excel/Google Sheets), and macOS.
- English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) level required.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and strictly follow company policies and standards.
Nice to have
- Experience handling U.S. B1/B2 visa applications.
- Strong skills in managing loyalty programs, points, and miles.
- Familiarity with Expedia, Travellanda, and Booking.com, including corporate bonus accounts.
- Previous experience in the IT industry or similar travel-industry roles.
