What you will do
- Translate product marketing assets and competitive research into short-form, sales-ready materials like talk tracks, pitch flows, and email templates.
- Evolve the creation and usage of battle cards, distilling deep analysis into practical guidance for live conversations.
- Design and deliver live enablement sessions, workshops, and role plays to reinforce messaging and positioning.
- Align sales messaging with marketing campaigns, product launches, and GTM initiatives to ensure narrative consistency.
- Establish governance standards for sales content structure, tone, and usage to prioritize speed and clarity.
- Track and refine content effectiveness based on seller behavior using Highspot and Gong.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in sales enablement, product marketing, sales content, or GTM roles.
- Prior experience as a seller or in a sales-adjacent role with a strong understanding of buyer conversations.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex technical ideas.
- Proven experience partnering cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
- Required proficiency in Revenue Tech stack: Gong, Salesforce, LinkedIn, and Highspot.
- Must be based in the United States.

- Experience in B2B SaaS, financial services, or capital markets.
- Experience with Microsoft Co-Pilot and ZoomInfo.
