What you will do

• Develop and deliver engaging content across articles, guides, videos, podcasts, and social channels.
• Implement brand voice across advertising, digital, print, and employee communications.
• Create customer-focused copy for retail investment products including Workplace ISA, SIPP, and drawdown.
• Collaborate with designers and marketers to co-create high-impact campaigns.
• Manage a rolling editorial calendar and experiment with new content formats.
• Edit and refine content for clarity and alignment with house style.

Requirements

• Experience in content marketing, communications, or copywriting, ideally in financial services.
• Strong understanding of retail investment products (Workplace ISA, SIPP, and drawdown).
• Ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences while maintaining brand consistency.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Familiarity with digital content platforms and analytics tools.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from London on a hybrid basis.
