What you will do

• Lead end-to-end production of long-form blog content optimized for traditional search engines and AI-powered platforms (SEO and AEO).
• Manage a pool of freelance writers, creating high-quality briefs and providing rigorous editorial feedback.
• Coordinate with internal and external subject matter experts to ensure deep technical accuracy and authority in content.
• Own the visual dimension of content, briefing and coordinating the production of diagrams and supporting assets.
• Develop and execute a content strategy, including topic selection, priority setting, and refreshing legacy content.
• Utilize AI and automation tools to accelerate research, production, and overall content workflows.

Requirements

• Exceptionally high editorial standards and a deep understanding of what constitutes great B2B SaaS content.
• Strong writing and editing capabilities to produce high-quality copy and guide other writers.
• Proven experience managing freelance content operations and editorial calendars.
• Knowledge of how AEO and LLM visibility are evolving and how to optimize content for them.
• Must be based in Europe and available to overlap with EU business hours.
• Fluency with AI tools for research and production efficiency.
