What you will do
- Own creation of B2B content including case studies, website pages, sales materials, and thought leadership
- Collaborate with SMEs across delivery, sales, pre-sales, and marketing to gather insights and develop client success stories
- Translate complex technical topics into clear, compelling business-focused narratives
- Write and refine case studies highlighting client challenges, solutions, and outcomes
- Develop and update website content for services and industry pages
- Create LinkedIn posts for senior tech and business audiences
- Improve existing content, conduct research on trends, competitors, and audiences, ensure messaging consistency
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B content marketing experience in technology companies
- Experience in tech services, consulting, or outsourcing environments
- Proven portfolio of case studies, sales materials, and website content
- Experience writing for senior technical and business audiences
- Ability to translate complex technical topics (AI, cloud, engineering) into clear business value
- Advanced English proficiency with strong copywriting and storytelling skills
- Strong research skills, critical thinking, ownership, independence, and adaptability in fast-paced environment
Nice to have
- Experience creating AI-related content
- Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) or outbound content
- Background in fintech, payments, retail, commerce, or restaurant tech/POS industries
- Basic understanding of SEO principles
