What you will do

  • Optimize website copy and landing pages to increase visitor conversion and turn visitors into advocates.
  • Develop end-to-end customer case studies and success stories through customer interviews.
  • Manage the company blog and ebooks, focusing on Higher Education trends to build credibility.
  • Create compelling content for campaigns, social media, email, and nurture programs.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Demand Generation to align content with ICP insights.
  • Implement SEO and AEO (AI Engine Optimization) best practices to ensure high visibility.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience writing for B2B SaaS audiences, ideally within EdTech or Higher Education.
  • Proven portfolio featuring high-converting headlines and deep-dive narratives.
  • Strong storytelling instincts and interviewing skills to extract insights from customers.
  • Fluency in modern search optimization (SEO and AEO) best practices.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with WordPress, Semrush, and GA4.
  • Experience working alongside or briefing a performance marketing agency.
