TL;DR

Senior Manager, Brand Partnerships (Media): Leading post-sale project management and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for high-profile advertisers with an accent on experiential events, branded podcast integrations, and custom digital content. Location: Hybrid in New York, NY. Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

Salary: $122,700 – $145,000

What you will do

  • Lead day-to-day account management as the primary contact for custom integrated client programs (experiential, podcasts, and digital).
  • Manage cross-functional teams including Sales, Production, Talent Relations, and Legal to move projects forward.
  • Own the integrated program operating model, including intake, governance, and QA standards to improve scalability.
  • Execute complex, high-stakes campaigns, balancing revenue impact, brand risk, and operational feasibility.
  • Define success metrics and measurement frameworks to recommend improvements to packaging and strategy.
  • Mentor and upskill project teams through coaching and the creation of best-practice playbooks.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Project or Account Management experience in the digital advertising industry.
  • Extensive experience with integrated experiential and digital co-branded content campaigns.
  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
  • Proven ability to manage senior-level client relationships and navigate challenging conversations.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional partners across multiple offices and regions.
  • BA or BS degree.

Nice to have

  • Experience working specifically with podcasts.
  • Strong understanding of social media tools and digital media platforms.
