Salary: $122,700 – $145,000

What you will do
- Lead day-to-day account management as the primary contact for custom integrated client programs (experiential, podcasts, and digital).
- Manage cross-functional teams including Sales, Production, Talent Relations, and Legal to move projects forward.
- Own the integrated program operating model, including intake, governance, and QA standards to improve scalability.
- Execute complex, high-stakes campaigns, balancing revenue impact, brand risk, and operational feasibility.
- Define success metrics and measurement frameworks to recommend improvements to packaging and strategy.
- Mentor and upskill project teams through coaching and the creation of best-practice playbooks.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Project or Account Management experience in the digital advertising industry.
- Extensive experience with integrated experiential and digital co-branded content campaigns.
- Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
- Proven ability to manage senior-level client relationships and navigate challenging conversations.
- Ability to lead cross-functional partners across multiple offices and regions.
- BA or BS degree.
