What you will do

• Manage accounts and external relationships for moonshot teams, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met as primary point of contact.
• Structure and negotiate vendor agreements and simple commercial deals, streamlining onboarding for partners.
• Provide hands-on launch operations support and improvements for projects transitioning to deployment.
• Identify bottlenecks in operations like workforce management and contracting, building scalable solutions and experimenting with automation tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5-8 years in partnerships, operations, consulting, or related field.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from inception to completion.
• Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and scale relationships with external partners or vendors.

Nice to have

• MBA, management consulting, or strategic operational experience.
• Blend of startup agility and experience navigating large matrixed organizations like Google.
