TL;DR
Program Specialist, Learning and Development (L&D): Designing and facilitating high-impact learning experiences to bridge skills gaps and empower employees with an accent on session facilitation, instructional design, and program scalability. Focus on leading L&D initiatives, developing educational materials, and integrating AI tools to improve content quality.
Location: Hybrid (Vancouver/Burnaby). Must be based in Vancouver or Burnaby and able to work on-site at least two days per week.
Salary: $73,500 – $99,500 CAD

What you will do
- Facilitate workshops related to onboarding, leadership development, and other talent initiatives.
- Lead small to medium-sized Learning & Development initiatives.
- Contribute to the discovery, design, and execution of scalable Learning Programs.
- Develop instructional materials and e-learning modules as required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to identify training gaps and opportunities.
- Report on the success and impact of assigned programs over time.
Requirements
- Experience facilitating learning sessions both virtually and in-person.
- Proficiency in learning program administration and stakeholder coordination.
- Experience in learning design, including facilitator guides and slide decks.
- Must be based in Vancouver/Burnaby for hybrid office attendance.
- Ability to leverage AI tools for administrative and content-generating tasks.
Nice to have
- Experience with Articulate Rise, LearnUpon, Claude, Confluence, or GSuite.
- Knowledge of Insights Colour Energy framework.
- Degree or Certification in Adult Education or a related field.
- Specific experience facilitating onboarding programs.
