Location: Hybrid - Toronto, ON

Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 CAD

Rapidly growing SaaS company providing planning, budgeting, and financial reporting software to over 1,700 local governments, towns, cities, and school districts across the US and Canada.

What you will do

  • Design and deliver scalable manager development programs on feedback, coaching, accountability, and leading through growth and change
  • Build comprehensive learning roadmaps for managers aligned to business strategy, leadership competencies, and organizational growth
  • Own onboarding and core people leader training to equip managers for high-performing, inclusive teams
  • Measure program effectiveness using behavioral metrics, leader feedback, and business indicators to drive impact and iterate

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or related roles
  • Strong experience in manager and leadership development
  • Experience building or scaling learning programs in a growing organization
  • Practical, outcomes-driven, comfortable influencing leaders
