What you will do

• Partner with Client Success, IT, Product, and People Ops to identify and optimize internal workflows.
• Evaluate and prioritize requests based on technical effort and business impact.
• Translate broad business requirements into detailed technical specifications and actionable Jira tickets.
• Manage project timelines and act as the primary link between business stakeholders and the Systems team.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and define the standard for the Definition of Done.
• Lead the final phase of delivery, including team training and adoption communication.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in TPM, Business Systems, or Implementation Engineering within a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Hands-on experience leading Salesforce-centric projects with understanding of Salesforce objects and automation.
• Strong knowledge of integrated tech stacks, API logic, and data modeling.
• Proficiency in Jira for backlog management and project tracking in agile or hybrid environments.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical leaders.
• Proven track record of managing projects through the full lifecycle from discovery to automation.
