Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Doctorate in HCI, CS, Behavioral Science, or related field with 5+ years of UX research experience.
• Alternatively, Master's with 6+ years or Bachelor's with 8+ years of experience in UX research or product development.
• High level of proficiency in mixed-methods research (qualitative and quantitative).
• Ability to influence at the highest levels of the organization.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of people management experience.
