Location: Onsite in Minneapolis, MN (5 days per week at client site)

What you will do

• Serve as the technical lead for client engagements, overseeing end-to-end solution deployment and customization.
• Act as the primary technical bridge between the internal engineering team and client stakeholders.
• Rapidly prototype integrations, develop internal tooling, and configure systems to meet specific client needs.
• Manage the full technical deployment lifecycle, including onboarding, configuration, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Partner with product and clinical teams to provide field insights that inform the product roadmap.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical roles focused on customer-facing deployments or implementation engineering.
• Deep expertise integrating with healthcare systems such as EHRs (Epic, Cerner, Athena), CRMs, or population health platforms.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare data and interoperability standards, specifically FHIR and HL7v2.
• Must be based in Minneapolis, MN and able to work onsite 5 days per week.
• Ability to satisfy client credentialing requirements, including drug screening and proof of required vaccinations.

• Strong Python skills for debugging and writing scripts.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, APIs, and secure data practices.
