What you will do

• Work directly with users and teams to identify high-leverage problems and ship AI-powered product solutions.
• Write production code (50% of time) using AI tools like Cursor to deliver weekly improvements across customer journeys.
• Build and deploy tooling to automate onboarding, proposals, reporting, and operational workflows.
• Own end-to-end loops: user discovery, solution design, coding, testing, deployment, and adoption monitoring.
• Prioritize initiatives by business impact and collaborate with sales, onboarding, and account teams.

Requirements

• Builder mindset with experience starting companies, launching products, acquiring users, or driving revenue independently.
• Comfortable engaging users weekly and turning insights into product decisions.
• Technical skills to ship production code independently (Python, JavaScript or similar).
• Experience with AI/LLMs and tools like Cursor to accelerate development.
• Business acumen from consulting, P&L management, or business school; prioritize by ROI.
