Location: On-site in New York City 5 days a week. Authorized to work in the U.S. required.

Compensation: $150K – $220K • Offers Equity

What you will do

• Design and build scalable, reliable systems for core product workflows
• Ship high-quality code balancing speed and technical rigor
• Identify and resolve system reliability risks, own uptime, observability, and performance
• Leverage cutting-edge AI to create intuitive clinician and patient experiences
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field
• 2+ years professional experience in high-quality environments
• Excel at building production systems end-to-end with minimal oversight
• Fluent in TypeScript and/or Python (LLM-powered apps experience preferred)
• Comfortable traversing software stack and adopting new technologies
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and excited to work in-person in NYC
