What you will do

• Design company-wide AI vision, standards, and reference architectures.
• Build foundational AI platforms, including internal agent frameworks and orchestration systems.
• Set standards for responsible AI, safety, prompt design, explainability, and bias mitigation.
• Mentor teams and drive organizational knowledge sharing through workshops and technical guidance.
• Lead build-vs-buy evaluations for AI platforms and tooling.
• Shape the company's data strategy from an AI perspective to ensure quality and long-term structure.

Requirements

• Recognized expertise in applied AI with demonstrated impact across multiple organizational domains.
• Extensive experience architecting end-to-end AI systems and multi-agent architectures.
• Deep technical sophistication with LLMs, agent safety, and ML lifecycle governance.
• Strong fluency in Python and GenAI frameworks (vLLM, Strands, Crew AI).
• Experience influencing strategic technical direction and aligning diverse stakeholders.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.

Nice to have

• Deep healthcare data or healthcare system expertise.
• Experience leading large-scale distributed data and compute systems (e.g., Spark, Databricks, Snowflake).
