What you will do

• Optimize and harmonize internal manufacturing and inspection wikis to improve clarity and consistency.
• Revise instructions for high-volume products to align with globally approved templates.
• Improve the organization, searchability, and accessibility of production documentation.
• Build a test bench matrix to help teams understand equipment usage and identify optimization opportunities.
• Review and simplify test bench configurations to support equipment standardization.
• Implement a system for technicians to accurately identify appropriate printers, labels, and ribbons.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with Lean and continuous improvement methodologies (Kaizen, Six Sigma, PDCA, 5S).
• Proficiency with Office 365 tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work on site in Atlanta, USA.
