TL;DR

What you will do

  • Lead Lean-based improvement projects for throughput, scrap reduction, productivity, and safety using time studies, workflow analyses, and value stream mapping.
  • Develop standardized work, PFMEAs, and process documentation; support kaizen events.
  • Lead concept-to-launch for new or redesigned manufacturing cells including layouts, material flow, ergonomics, and equipment specs.
  • Support machine connectivity, digital data capture, MES deployment, and system validation for traceability and OEE visibility.
  • Contribute to RISE project with layout changes, equipment moves, process redesign, and alignment of digital advancements.
  • Provide technical support to operations, maintenance, quality; assist in root cause analysis and capital projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
  • 2–5+ years of relevant manufacturing engineering or CI experience.
  • Experience with Lean tools, MES systems, CAD, and digital manufacturing systems.
