Location: Alameda, CA (onsite required)

Hourly Pay Range: $21.00/hr to $35.00/hr

What you will do

• Solve complex production problems and implement innovative solutions through root cause analysis.
• Assist with fixture design, equipment acquisition, qualification, and implementation on the production line.
• Test processes, equipment, materials, and products; perform process validations and author protocols.
• Monitor process and equipment performance to optimize yield, efficiency, and throughput.
• Develop, characterize, and optimize processes using statistical techniques.
• Participate in project planning, scheduling, and training assemblers and technicians.

Requirements

• High school diploma and currently enrolled in Bachelor’s degree program in Engineering, Physical Sciences, or related technical field.
• Willingness and ability to work onsite in Alameda, CA, including laboratory and cleanroom environments.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and move between buildings and floors.
• Adhere to Quality Management System (QMS) and relevant regulations.

• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and other office tools.
