What you will do

• Operate production machines dedicated to secure card personalization and mailing services.
• Manage daily work files and coordinate material delivery to workstations to achieve shift targets.
• Monitor inventory levels for essential production materials and notify management of shortages.
• Perform rigorous quality inspections of produced materials to meet organizational standards.
• Maintain accurate production records using Microsoft Excel.
• Ensure a clean, organized work environment and adhere to all compliance requirements.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing plant or similar multi-tasking environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and spend 75% of the workday standing or walking.
• Basic computer proficiency, specifically in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Must pass a drug test and criminal background check prior to employment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and high personal integrity.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
